Delhi HC Dismisses Plea for Collegium Transparency, Imposes Fine on Petitioner

In a recent ruling, the Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition demanding that the Supreme Court collegium disclose detailed reasons for rejecting recommendations for the appointment of high court judges. The court also imposed a cost of Rs 25,000 on the petitioner, which is to be deposited into the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare
