On Wednesday, the Bombay High Court granted bail to a Mumbai based lawyer ( Vimalchandra Umeshchandra Jha), who was arrested after an FIR was filed accusing him of torturing and kidnapping his client over unpaid legal fees. An FIR was filed against Jha for offences u/s 364A, 365, 387, 323 and 506 of the IPC.
