The Rajasthan HC on Friday ruled that Appointing a person as Vice-Chancellor with no background in legal education is violative of Article 14. The bench of Acting Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Vinod Kumar Bharwani was dealing with the petition challenging the validity of Section 11(2) of the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur
