Urdu can be taught even in places where the Muslim population is less: Allahabad HC

Recently, the Allahabad High Court opined that Urdu as a language could be taught even in areas where the Muslim population is less, and the government cannot discontinue services of an Urdu teacher just because in the area, the Muslim population is less.
