SC Collegium Approves Proposal for Appointment of HC Judges

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 14.08.2020 has

proposed to elevate four Judicial Officers as Judges of the Allahabad High Court,

three Advocates as Judges of the Gujarat High Court.

and 2 Advocates and 2 Judicial Officers as Judges of Kerala High Court.

Further on 17.08.2020 the Collegium has approved the proposal for elevation of

6 Advocates as Judges of Delhi High Court and 01 Advocate as Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Subhash Chandra Sharma (Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehab & Resettlement Auth., Kanpur Nagar)
