The Patna High Court, while hearing Public Interest Litigations (PIL) related to madrassas receiving state grants on the basis of forged documents, ordered the Additional Chief Secretary of Bihar’s Education Department to conduct an investigation into the state’s 2,459 government-aided madrasas on Tuesday.
