Sessy Xavier, who, as per reports, practised as a lawyer for two years without completing an LLB degree, has moved Kerala High Court seeking pre-arrest bail in the case. The case came to light recently after an anonymous letter stated that she doesn’t have a Bar council membership and didn’t even complete a law degree.
