SC Collegium Recommends Transfer of Justice Lalitha Kanneganti from Andhra Pradesh HC to Telangana HC

Recently, the Supreme Court Collegium recommended the transfer of Justice Lalitha Kanneganti from Andhra Pradesh High Court to Telangana High Court. This decision was taken on 16.09.2021 by the Collegium headed by CJI NV Ramana. The resolution reads that the Collegium, in its meeting held on 16.09.2021 has recommended the transfer of Justice Lalitha Kanneganti
