The Rajasthan High Court has ruled that proceedings under the Arbitration and Conicaltion Act and SARFAESI Act can be restored simultaneously. As per the Bench of Justice Mahendra Kumar Goyal, the existence of an arbitration clause and filing of application u.s 9 of the A&C Act is not a bar to the institution of proceedings
