Medical College Bound to Refund Fees If Student Resigns From Allotment Made in First Counselling Itself: Allahabad HC 

Recently, the Allahabad High Court stated that medical colleges are bound to refund fees if a student resigns from an allotment made in the first counselling itself. The bench of Justice Manish Mathur was dealing with the petition seeking a direction to opposite parties to refund an amount of Rs.8,25,000/- and security amount of Rs.2,00,000/-
