केंद्र ने एक विधवा को 29 सप्ताह की गर्भावस्था को समाप्त करने की अनुमति देने वाले अपने आदेश को वापस लेने की मांग करते हुए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि बच्चे के जीवित रहने की उचित संभावना है और अदालत को अजन्मे शिशु के जीवन के अधिकार की रक्षा
