Special Court MP MLA has acquitted Sushil Singh, MLA of Syed Raja assembly constituency, from the charge of murder due to lack of evidence. This decision has been given by Special Court Judge Alok Kumar Srivastava after hearing defense advocates Pramod Singh, Abhishek Tiwari and prosecution. The incident is of Gopiganj police station of Bhadohi.
