Several petitions have been filed in the Apex Court seeking initiation of contempt of court proceedings against RBI Governor Shaktikant Das and others officials for allegedly defying the Supreme Court’s earlier order by declaring the petitioner’s account as NPA in a moratorium matter. The petition has been filed through Advocate Vishal Tiwari and AOR Abhigya.
