Central Govt Disrupts Seniorty Of Judges By Splitting Up Resolutions of Collegium: SC

The Supreme Court on Monday criticised the Centre’s practice of splitting up Collegium Resolutions by approving some names while withholding the names of others. Justice SK Kaul made the observation while dealing with a plea challenging the Centre’s delay in approving the Collegium’s recommendations.
