The bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Abhay S. Oka in Supreme Court has agreed to hear an important legal question concerning minor Muslim girls’ marriage. The Court has appointed senior advocate Rajasekhar Rao to serve as amicus curiae in the case. The case is related to a Punjab and Haryana High Court decision.
