The Bombay High Court has asked the Central and State governments to respond to a plea seeking guidelines to prevent the circulation of derogatory remarks about deceased individuals in the media and on social media platforms. A Division bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Arif Doctor sought reply of Central and State Government.
