Diploma Through Distance Mode is Not Equivalent to Diploma through Regular Mode: Supreme Court

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court ruled that a diploma earned through distance mode can’t be equated to a diploma given done the regular mode. As per a Bench of Justices Krishna Murari and S Abdul Nazeer judicial review could neither expand the scope of prescribed qualifications nor can it decide the equivalence of qualification required
