In a grim revelation, the Moradabad police have successfully traced the culprits responsible for the murder of a local lawyer, Advocate Shaoukeen Ali. The shocking discovery was made when the deceased’s body was found in a well near the municipal corporation’s cowshed on Lakri Bypass, four days after the heinous crime.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Satpal Antil, indicated that the gruesome details surrounding the murder will be officially disclosed at a press conference soon. The investigation revealed that the assailants were not strangers but acquaintances of the victim, hinting at a betrayal that turned deadly over a financial dispute related to property dealings.
The case took a sinister turn when it was uncovered that after killing Advocate Ali, the murderers callously disposed of his body by throwing it into a well. The location, near the cowshed, became the scene where the body was eventually discovered, bearing severe injuries to the head. The post-mortem report confirmed that Ali had been struck with stones and sharp objects, leading to fatal injuries.

Initially, a complaint was lodged by the son of the deceased against unknown individuals, but further investigation by the police narrowed down the suspects to those within the victim’s circle. Advocate Ali, a resident of Chatarpur village originally from Bhagatpur, had been living in Jigar Colony with his family. His professional life was a blend of practicing law and dealing in properties, which might have led to the financial disputes resulting in his tragic demise.
