Recently, the Bar Council of India has clarified that candidates can take bare acts without short notes with themselves in the examination hall, however if no bare act with short notes is available then bare acts with least short notes are allowed subject to satisfaction of Examiner/Invigilator.
The 2023 All India Bar Examination (AIBE) will be held on February 5, 2023. All applicants who applied for the All India Bard Examination AIBE XVII must take the exam on the scheduled date.
AIBE All India Bar Examination Exam Pattern
The Bar Council of India will conduct this exam in 22 Indian languages and English. It is up to the students to decide in which language they want to take the exam.
