The High Court on Wednesday stated that the court cannot acquit an accused for the sole reason that only one witness has been produced. The bench of Justice Jyotsna Sharma was dealing with the criminal revision challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge, in a case registered under sections 352, 302 IPC.
