Supreme Court Celebrates Yoga Day As Chief Justice Emphasizes Workplace Well-Being

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant led judges, lawyers, and court administrative staff in a yoga session at the Supreme Court premises on Sunday, urging the judicial community to adopt the practice as an essential tool for managing professional stress.

The gathering marked the observance of the 12th International Yoga Day. Organized by the Supreme Court registry, the event aimed to promote health and mindfulness within the highly demanding environment of the justice system.

Addressing the participants, Chief Justice Kant emphasized the practical benefits of workplace wellness.
