Supreme Court Bars Senior Advocates From Mentioning Cases During Vacation, Only Instructing Counsel Allowed

The Supreme Court of India has refused to allow senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi to mention a matter before it.

According to the court, vacation bench norms, only permit instructing counsel to make mentionings, not senior counsel.
