As per reports, all staff members of Hon’ble Justice M R Shah have tested positive for novel coronavirus. During Thursday’s hearing, the judge himself informed the Court of the development. The Bench that also comprises Hon’ble Justice DY Chandrachud has risen for now. According to sources, the Bench will reassemble at 2 PM today.
