SC Asks Union Of India To Formulate A Scheme For Regulating Funds Of NGOs

The Supreme Court has directed the Union of India to formulate a comprehensive legislative/administrative scheme regarding regulation of funds that NGOs receive. The Bench of CJI DY Chandrachud and Justices PS Narasimha and JB Pardiwala passed this direction in a PIL filed by Adv ML Sharma who submitted before the Bench that Anna Hazare withdrew
