Plea in Allahabad HC alleges black marketing of oxygen in Ghaziabad; Court seeks inquiry report

The High Court of Allahabad has sought a report on alleged black marketing of oxygen in Ghaziabad, UP, which resulted in several Covid patients’ death. A Bench comprising Hon’ble Justice Sunita Agarwal and Hon’ble Justice Sadhna Rani directed DM Ghaziabad to file his affidavit in the case, along with the report of any other inquiry
