Non Consideration of Evidence, Gravity of Crime or Societal Impact are Grounds for Cancellation of Bail by Superior Court, Rules Supreme Court

The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that bail granted by a lower court, can be cancelled if the lower court failed to consider relevant material, the gravity of the offence, or its societal impact.
