Mumbai Police Lodges FIR Against Google CEO and Youtube MD in a Copyright Infringement case- Know More

The Mumbai police have filed an FIR against Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Youtube MD Gautam Anand in a copyright infringement case filed by filmmaker Suneel Darshan. The FIR in the case was registered after Addtl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate AA Panchbhai passed an order u/s 156(3) of CrPC. In its order, the court said that
