In a significant leap forward for the judicial system, the newly established Court for District and Additional Sessions Judge Court at Narayanpur, Civil District Kondagaon, was virtually inaugurated at 10:00 a.m. today by the Hon’ble Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha. Hon’ble The Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha remarked that the inauguration ceremony occurring the day after Diwali and during Chhattisgarh’s Foundation Day from 1st to 6th November is exceptionally auspicious. His Lordship further congratulated everyone on the newly established Court and appealed to everyone to maximize benefits from it. He highlighted that, considering the hardships faced by litigants, particularly in Sessions Cases, who were compelled to travel from Narayanpur to Kondagaon, the establishment of the new District & Additional Sessions Court at Narayanpur will be significantly more convenient, enlarging access to swift justice. This advancement represents a commendable step in the justice delivery system for the people of Revenue District Narayanpur.
