Interim Order Merges With Final Order Therefore No Benefit Can be Claimed in Case of Dismissal, Rules Supreme Court

The bench of Justices S. Abdul Nazeer and Vikram Nath ruled that once the proceedings in which a stay was granted are dismissed, any interim order granted earlier merges with the final order.
