President of the Indian Medical Association Johnrose Austin Jayalal has moved the High Court of Delhi against a trial court order terming his interview to Christiniany Today as against secularism. On Monday, the Bench of Hon’ble Justice Asha Menon declined to pass an ex-parte order at this stage but issued a notice in Jayalal’s appeal.
