The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday, issued a detailed statement on recommendation of Name of Advocate Saurabh Kirpal as Judge of Delhi High Court. The Collegium has dealt with both the objections of Law Ministry and IB and reiterated its earlier recommendation to appoint openly gay lawyer Saurabh Kirpal as Judge of Delhi High Court.
