HC Junks Plea Seeking Removal of Muslims and Christians From List of Backward Classes; Cost of 25K imposed

Recently, the Kerala High Court dismissed a plea that sought a declaration to cancel the reservation and financial support for Latin Catholics, Muslims and other Scheduled Castes. A Bench of Hon’ble Justice Shaji P Chaly and Hon’ble Justice S Manikumar dismissed the petition and remarked that the petitioner had not done his research before filing
