In a turn of events bringing relief to YouTuber and “Bigg Boss OTT 2” winner Elvish Yadav, he has been granted bail in an assault case, following his earlier bail in a snake venom smuggling case. Presented before a Gurugram court, Yadav received the bail and was subsequently released.
On Saturday morning, Gurugram police recorded Yadav’s statement regarding the altercation with Maxtern, another YouTuber. Following the statement, Yadav was taken to court, where he was granted bail and then returned home with his family.
Yadav found himself entangled in two separate legal issues during the month. Initially, a video surfaced showing Yadav assaulting Maxtern in Gurugram, leading to public outrage. Maxtern filed a police complaint, but a settlement was reached between the two the very next day, although the case was already registered.
