Delhi High Court issues notice in plea challenging “Bindas Bol Show”

A writ petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court where petitioners have alleged that a show “Bindas Bol” was designed to cause enmity between various religions and to tarnish the image of hard-working civil service aspirants, The petitioners contended that the show violates the Section 19 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act
