This rigorous screening was conducted under the newly amended “High Court of Delhi Designation of Senior Advocate Rules, 2024,” which involves a Permanent Committee. This committee, consisting of the Chief Justice, two of the senior-most judges of the High Court, the Additional Solicitor General, a Senior Advocate chosen by the Administrative Committee, and a Bar Association nominee, ensures a transparent and thorough review process.
