Constitutional Courts cannot Interfere with Day to Day Rituals of Temple, Observes Supreme Court

On Tuesday, the Apex Court stated that constitutional courts cannot interfere with the day-to-day rituals and sevas performed in a temple based on Public Interest Petitions. According to the Court, priests and religious scholars are best equipped to decide the question of whether rituals at the temple are being conducted as per traditions and customs.
