CBI Moves to Supreme Court in Narada Case Against Order of House Arrest of TMC Leaders

On Monday, SG Tushar Mehta informed the five judges bench of Calcutta High Court that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has moved to the Supreme Court challenging the Order of Division Bench of Calcutta HC allowing house arrest of TMC leaders in the Narada Case.
