On Thursday, the Supreme Court quashed the FIR of sedition lodged against Journalist Vinod Dua. The FIR was lodged by Himachal Pradesh Police on complaint of a BJP leader Ajay Sharma, in connection with a video uploaded on YouTube by Vinod Dua, criticising the Centre’s move of imposing Lockdown in the first wave of COVID19.
