The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry has provisionally barred an Advocate from practising law until the outcome of Disciplinary proceedings pending against him for his indecent behaviour while attending the Hon’ble High Court of Madras’ proceedings via virtual mode, according to a resolution dated December 21st.
