Appointment of a Headmaster in a Minority Institution Acceptable Only If Appointment Order Indicates That It is by invoking the Minority Status of the Institute: Kerala HC

In a recent ruling, the Kerala High Court has held that the appointment of a Headmaster in a minority institution can only be accepted if it is indicated in the appointment order that the appointment is being made by invoking the minority status of the institute, as per Form 27 of Kerala Education Rules (KER).
