Any member of RSS has a locus standi to file a defamation suit: Kerala HC

Recently, the Kerala High Court ruled that it is an identifiable and definite body and its members can file a case against any defamatory article published about the organization. A Bench of Justice Sophy Thomas dismissed the petitioner’s (a Malayalam Publishing Group) contention that an RSS State Secretary can’t file a defamation suit against it.
