The Supreme Court on Monday stated that any attempt on the part of the accused to delay the trial of serious offences is to be dealt with iron hands. The bench of Justices M.R. Shah and Krishna Murari was dealing with the appeal filed by the appellant for appropriate order of modification of condition No.(c)
