The NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) has decided that all its Benches will hear cases in physical mode from 15/11/2021 onwards. This notification was released by the Joint Registrar on Thursday. The notification also states that alternate forms of hearings like hybrid hearings and virtual hearings will be suspended from 15th November onwards.
