Live-in Relationship with a Married Person is not tenable in law: Rajasthan HC

The Rajasthan High Court has held that a live-in relationship between an unmarried person and a married person is untenable in law. Hon’ble Justice Pankaj Bhandari gave this order in a petition filed by a woman who sought the protection of her liberty and life as she got threats for living with a married man.
