Legitimate Disciplinary Action Against A Student Is Not Abetment of Suicide: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has ruled that a professor or management of a college cannot be held guilty of the offence of abetment of suicide for taking legitimate disciplinary action against a student and suspending the student. Background: As per the facts, on April 16 2008, the deceased allegedly misbehaved with his professor during a lecture.
