The Supreme Court has observed that a civil suit claiming reliefs that are beyond the scope of the act that bars its jurisdiction is maintainable. In the instant case, the Bombay High Court had ruled that a suit is barred by Sections 71 and 177 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act of 1976
