Judges of SC and HC can Travel Abroad Without Government’s Nod, Rules Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has overturned a central government office memorandum requiring Supreme Court and High Court judges to obtain political clearance for private visits abroad, saying that such a requirement is “uncalled for” given the judges’ high positions.
