Bail Granted to Sabbah Haji who referred to General Bipin Rawat as a war criminal

Ex-Director of Haji Public School Sabbah Haji has been released on bail after executing bonds u/s 107 nad 108 of CrPC after she referred to Late General Bipin Rawat as a war criminal in social media posts. The Executive Magistrate, J&K (Doda District) passed the order while exercising powers u/s 107, 108, and u/s 151
