Problems Plaguing in Method of Senior Designation by HCs- CJI Directs Listing of Petition

On Monday, CJI Ramana remarked that problems are plaguing due to the method followed by some High Courts regarding Senior Lawyer designation. He further said that he would list the matter related to the senior lawyer designation, within two weeks, before a three-judge bench.
