Suicide in ‘Fit of Anger’ by ‘Short-Tempered’ Wife Does Not Constitute Dowry Death; Bombay HC Acquits Husband and Mother-in-Law

The Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, has acquitted a husband and his mother, who were previously convicted for dowry death and cruelty, ruling that the prosecution failed to prove the charges.
